The Baoliwei 820 8 Ton Truck-mounted crane is the newest member of our medium-sized truck-mounted crane series. Similar to the 515 truck-mounted crane, the 820 also adopts a composite boom telescopic structure combining hydraulic drive and wire rope traction. The second and third boom sections are driven by hydraulic cylinders, while the fourth, fifth, and sixth boom sections are traction-based with wire ropes. This structure allows the second and third boom sections to extend and retract under load. Therefore, the 820 crane offers a wider range of operating modes than ordinary cranes.
The chassis is a Dongfeng Dolica K9, the engine is a 240hp Cummins D4.5NS6B240, and the transmission is a Fast 8-speed. This mature powertrain configuration ensures minimal malfunctions and guarantees safe transportation and construction operations.
The fully extended boom length is 19.9 meters, with a lifting height of up to 22 meters. The boom luffing angle is -17 degrees to +75 degrees, facilitating the assembly of the lifting platform. It can be equipped with features such as a wireless remote control system and a self-unloading cargo box, and also supports customized production of the entire vehicle.
The 820 8 Ton Truck-mounted crane can be used in logistics transportation, component installation, construction hoisting, and other work scenarios.
