1. Chassis Configuration and Power System
- Chassis Architecture: Utilizes an Isuzu 100P chassis with a wheelbase of 2800mm. The overall dimensions are 5995×2010×2980mm. It features a small turning radius and an upper aerial work boom width smaller than the vehicle body width, easily handling narrow road conditions.
- Power Transmission: Equipped with an Isuzu 130hp engine (model 4KB1-TCG60) paired with an Isuzu MSB five-speed gearbox, offering ample power and good fuel economy.
2. Upper Structure and Operational Performance
- High-Strength Structural Design: The boom is meticulously crafted from Baosteel 960 high-strength steel plates, paired with a Ma'anshan Fangyuan 21-inch large slewing bearing and a box-type frame, ensuring rigidity and stability during aerial operations.
- Multi-Section Telescopic Boom System: Utilizing a 7-section boom design (6 sections for synchronous telescopic extension) and dual lifting cylinders, the maximum working height reaches 33.3 meters, and the maximum working radius is 15 meters.
- Dual 360° Rotating Platform: Equipped with a large 1600×700×1100mm manned basket (including a small cargo platform), with a rated load of 200kg. Both the boom and the work platform support 360° omnidirectional rotation, significantly expanding the operational coverage.
3. Safety Protection and Hydraulic Control
- Redundant Safety Mechanisms: The boom wire rope is equipped with a spare wire rope protection system; even if the main rope malfunctions, the platform can still be lowered smoothly. The entire vehicle is equipped with an interlocking device for getting on and off the vehicle, soft leg protection, and a two-way hydraulic balance valve.
- Precise hydraulic control: Utilizing X-type double-section independently adjustable outriggers (5500mm/5800mm span), coupled with electro-hydraulic proportional valves, it achieves stepless speed regulation; an emergency power source is also provided to prevent the risk of sudden power outages.
- Applicable scenarios: 35m Boom Lift Truck is widely used in various high-altitude work environments such as municipal engineering, high-voltage power maintenance, landscaping pruning, building exterior wall construction, and billboard installation.
