The GK30MAX 30m Boom Lift Truck is the latest generation of Baoliwei's 30-meter aerial work platform truck series, specifically developed for high-altitude construction, maintenance, installation, and inspection operations. With a maximum working height of 30.3 meters and a maximum working radius of 15 meters, it provides efficient and reliable solutions for various high-altitude work scenarios, including road maintenance, municipal engineering, building facade installation and maintenance, factory construction, and equipment installation.
The entire vehicle utilizes lightweight, high-strength steel, effectively reducing weight while maintaining excellent structural strength and stability. This optimized design improves fuel efficiency, driving performance, and transport convenience. The boom system features a newly designed 7-section telescopic structure, with 6 sections extending synchronously for smooth and precise operation. The dual-cylinder design enhances platform stability and reliability, ensuring safe operation under complex conditions.
To further enhance operational safety, the 30m Boom Lift Truck is equipped with a backup wire rope system. In extreme circumstances, even if the main wire rope breaks unexpectedly, the backup system can help safely lower the work platform, protecting the operator. The hydraulic system employs an electro-hydraulic proportional control valve, enabling stepless speed regulation and resulting in smoother and more precise boom movement. Furthermore, it is equipped with an emergency power supply to ensure safe operation under special conditions.
This vehicle is built on a reliable Isuzu 100P chassis, powered by an Isuzu 4KB1-TCG60 130hp engine, paired with an Isuzu MSB 5-speed transmission. Its compact chassis design provides excellent maneuverability, making it suitable for urban operations and confined working environments. In addition to Isuzu chassis, various chassis from FAW and Sinotruk are also available to meet different customer needs.
The 30m Boom Lift Truck features a 360° boom rotation system and a 360° infinitely rotating work platform, allowing operators flexible access to aerial work areas. The GK30MAX 30-meter boom lift boasts a 200kg rated platform load capacity, a spacious platform design (with an auxiliary cargo platform), and X-type hydraulic outriggers with four independently adjustable double-section outriggers, ensuring excellent stability and practicality.
