The Baoliwei 12 Ton Truck-mounted crane is a heavy-duty lifting equipment developed for engineering construction and logistics transportation, officially launched in 2024. This model features a four-section telescopic boom structure, with a maximum extension length of 15.5 meters and a maximum working height of approximately 17.5 meters. It boasts a 12-ton lifting capacity, meeting lifting needs under various working conditions.
The vehicle uses a Dongfeng F5 dedicated chassis, equipped with a Yuchai YC6A240-50 240hp engine and a Fast 9-speed transmission, forming a highly efficient and reliable power combination. The powerful output not only meets the demands of heavy-duty transportation but also enhances operational stability in complex construction environments.
To further improve the safety of lifting operations, the 12T model adopts a dual-chamber front outrigger and single-chamber rear outrigger design. With the outriggers extended, the maximum lateral span reaches 5.6 meters, providing more stable support for the equipment. The boom's luffing range covers -17° to +75°, allowing for flexible adjustment according to different construction heights and working distances, enhancing the equipment's adaptability. In addition, this model supports functional expansion such as wireless remote control systems and hydraulic self-unloading cargo boxes, and can be customized according to customers' actual needs.
