The KTC5L5 5Ton Mobile Crane is a compact and lightweight lifting vehicle designed for urban construction, equipment installation, maintenance, and other light lifting operations. Built on a FAW Jiefang chassis, it measures 5995 × 1900 × 2700 mm, making it suitable for narrow streets, confined work areas, and projects with limited workspace.
The 5Ton Mobile Crane is equipped with a 113 hp Quanchai Q23-110E60 engine paired with a Wanliyang transmission, providing reliable power for daily transport and lifting operations. Its 2800 mm wheelbase, air brake system, and 6.50R16 10PR tires ensure good road handling performance. The cab is also equipped with power windows, air conditioning, central locking, a multi-function steering wheel, Bluetooth, and LED headlights, enhancing driving comfort and convenience.
The crane features a five-section 5-meter single-plate boom with a maximum lifting height of 24 meters and 360-degree rotation. A 5-ton winch, single-pump hydraulic system, four outriggers, and a large, torsion-resistant frame provide reliable support for lifting operations. The KTC5L5 has a maximum rated lifting capacity of 3000 kg, a longitudinal outrigger span of 2620 mm, and a lateral outrigger span of 4200 mm, allowing for flexible adaptation to various working conditions.
Optional configurations include rear-reaching outriggers, double-section outriggers, an additional air conditioning system, an electric motor, and a camera.
