The KTC25L5 25Ton Mobile Crane is a heavy-duty lifting machine specifically designed for engineering construction, large equipment installation, and industrial lifting scenarios. The entire machine adopts a high-strength structural design, combined with mature hydraulic control technology, ensuring lifting capacity while improving operational stability and adaptability to complex working conditions.
This model has an overall length of 12670mm, a width of 2550mm, a height of 3700mm, and a wheelbase of 4350mm + 1300mm, with a total mass of 25000kg. The vehicle is equipped with a Yuchai YC2406JA240-50 engine, with a maximum power of 240 horsepower, and 1100R20 tires, providing good load-bearing capacity and road passability. The chassis is the EQ1250GLJ2 model, with a front axle load capacity of 7000kg and a rear axle load capacity of 18000kg, meeting the strength requirements of heavy-duty lifting operations.

25Ton Mobile Crane employs a high-strength composite outrigger structure, utilizing 70 manganese steel outrigger boxes with an H-shaped double-section outrigger design, and supplemented by rear outriggers for auxiliary support. The outriggers have a maximum lateral span of 6900 mm and a longitudinal span of 5520 mm, effectively expanding the support range and improving the overall stability of the machine during lifting operations.
