The KTC12L5 12Ton Mobile Crane truck crane is a medium-sized lifting device developed for applications such as engineering construction, equipment installation, and cargo loading and unloading.
The boom adopts an 8-meter, five-section single-plate boom structure, with a maximum lifting height of 33 meters. The equipment is equipped with a 12-ton main winch and a 12-ton auxiliary winch, supporting 360° full rotation operation, and the lifting direction can be flexibly adjusted according to the needs of the construction site. The KTC12L5 adopts a new anti-torsion box frame structure, and the hydraulic system features a triple-pump design to achieve multi-action coordinated operation. The outrigger system uses a 5-leg structure, four of which are double-section outriggers with a longitudinal span of 4800mm and a lateral span of 6800mm, significantly improving stability during lifting.
The chassis uses the Foton Ruivo platform and is equipped with a Weichai WP3NQ160E61 engine with a maximum output of 160 horsepower, matched with a Fast 8-speed transmission, providing stable power for vehicle travel and lifting operations. The vehicle measures 10500mm × 2350mm × 3350mm, with a wheelbase of 4200mm. It features a 5.6-ton front axle and a 10.4-ton rear axle, equipped with 9.00R20 16PR steel radial tires and an air brake system, enhancing load-bearing capacity and driving safety.
This model supports various optional features, including a 15kW motor, torque display, air conditioning (heating and cooling), and a camera system, allowing for personalized configuration based on different customer needs.
